    • Confirmation of tickets/bookings
       
      Once the transaction is completed you will get an eTicket/confirmation sent to your email. You will need to show the e-Ticket at point of entry to access to your section during the event.
    • Tickets payment
       
      Payments can be made via Credit/Debit card, Online Banking and PayPal. Cash payments are only allowed for over-the-counter transactions on the event day
    • Entertainment Tax
       
      The Entertainment Tax is levied by the Selangor Government, all tickets sold will be charged a 25% Entertainment Tax.
    • Booking changes
       
      Please note changes cannot be made for all bookings except upgrading your tickets/bookings to a higher category. Kindly send an email to inquiries@sepangcircuit.com for further assistance
    • Cancellation of tickets/bookings
       
      Cancellation of tickets/bookings are not allowed
    • Tickets validity
       
      All tickets purchased is valid to the circuit for 3 days (21 October 2022 to 23 October 2022)
    • Tickets collection
       
      The e-Ticket will be send via email. Kindly ensure that your email is correct to receive the e-Tickets to avoid any inconveniences
    • Third party tickets purchase
       
      Spectators need to purchase the tickets directly from the website (www.sepangcircuit.com) or purchase the tickets from the appointed official agents. Purchasing the tickets from unauthorised resellers will be deemed invalid and no entry allowed to the event
    • Children entry
       
      All children are allowed however children age 2 years and above must have a valid ticket to access the seating area. Please note due to sweltering heat and ear-splitting noise it is not advisable to bring children. Kindly ensure that they are under your care and supervision at all time. SIC shall not be responsible for the safety of your children. (Kindly take note that this is subject to changes of the SOP from the Malaysia government)
    • Parking
       
      Numerous parking areas are available within the circuit vicinity, please refer to the General Map (https://bit.ly/3qBfxt8) on the parking locations (Bay 1 to Bay 17). Kindly refer to the map to find out suitable parking location based on your seating area

      • FREE PARKING – Limited. First come first serve basis
      Non-Ticket holder
      • Allocated parking with pay-per-day basis
    • Public transportation
       

      Public transport will be made available from the following locations: -

      • Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC – Petronas Twin Tower)
      • KL Sentral
      • KLIA 2
    • Food and Beverages (F&B)
       
      Outside F&B including alcoholic beverages are not allowed onto the SIC premises. All spectator areas will have F&B outlets. Only limited to 600ml drinking water per bottle per person
    • Circuit entry
       
      Gates will be opened from 9:00am onwards
    • Facilities for the disabled
       
      Shuttle service provided for the disabled where they will be transported from the parking to their seating area. Toilets for the disabled are also available
    • The locations of the Giant Screen
       
      Giant Screens are located at the strategic area around the circuit. Please refer to the website for more info of the Giant Screen (https://bit.ly/3qBfxt8)
    • Live Commentary
       
      Please tune to FM102.1 frequency
    • Flags and banners
       
      Spectators are allowed to bring flags and banners that are not larger than 1 metre or with handles greater than 1 metre long
    • Cameras and video cameras
       
      Cameras are allowed however Video Cameras are not allowed.
    • Emergency situation
       
      Medical personals are available throughout the circuit, kindly inform any of the volunteers or staff at the stand to seek any medical attention
    • COVID-19 measurements
       
      The health and safety of the spectators, staff and teams remain SIC utmost priority. SIC strictly adhere to the SOP imposed by the government and Malaysian authorities to ensure all the necessary policies and procedures to deliver COVID-19 safe event
