Caroline graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.  She is a Fellow Member of CPA Australia (CPA Australia); Chartered Accountant of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA); Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM) and a Registered Financial Planner. 

Caroline started her career at Arthur Andersen & Co and moved on to CIMB Investment Bank Bhd, involving mainly in listing of companies and fund raising projects.   She later joined a public listed company in oil & gas industry as the General Manager in Finance and Investment.  Since then, she has served in several companies at senior management level, including a short stint in Symphony House as the General Manager for Finance and Human Resource Business Divisions.  Prior to joining Sepang International Circuit, she was a corporate consultant and served as PMO for KPMG.  Caroline has vast experience in financial and general business management; credit & risk management; HR management & investor relation. She has been playing a key role in the formulation and implementation of strategic restructuring in various companies she has been involved with.
