SIC has recruited several interns from local universities and overseas universities over years. The Internship is a program of education that formally integrates the student's academic study with work experience in cooperating organizations. The objectives of the internship program are:-

To help students obtain practical experience in their field of study.

To provide an opportunity to establish contacts with employers for possible job interviews following graduation

To provide a contextual learning environment that validates a curriculum of study and networks the student for future career employment.

The overall internship experience provides a global exposure of human resource issues, business practice and the technology involved in motorsports
Length of Internships

The internship normally is approximately 8 - 12 weeks in length.
Application for Internship

Write in to the HR Department with complete CV attached, or fill in the online application.

Obtain a letter from the university for the purpose of undergoing the internship program.

Attend an interview with Human Resource (HR) Department.

The internship experience will be planned together with the HR Dept and the “mentor” to determine the type of experience the student should acquire. The “mentor” will then prepare a list or desired training plan for the intern to undertake during the internship program.
Internship Reports - Students

Interns will be required to complete their reports before the end of their internship program.

Interns will also be asked to evaluate the internship experience by completing a one page self- evaluation that is attached together with their written report.
Internship Reports – Employer

Following the completion of the internship, an evaluation of the intern's performance will be prepared.
Internship Compensation
-
A minimum token of allowance will be paid to all interns.
