1. Accounts Receivable Executive
Responsibilities:
-
Key role is issuing billing and in charge of collection and also receipt monitoring.
-
Reconcile and analyse balance sheet account receivable balances
-
Prepare month end closing for account receivable
-
Prepare provision for bad debts by complying to company policy
-
Conduct credit evaluation for new customers
-
Monitor compliance of credit control policy & procedures
-
Prepare internal reporting and weekly report on debtors analysis
-
Conduct periodic credit control review & meeting with customer & internal sales & operations teams
-
Maintain customers database
-
Initiate proceeding to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
-
Monitor & ensure prompt customer’s payment
-
Reconcile internet sales and credit card receipts
-
Send out all customer statements and necessary (if any) correspondence, which need to be documented
-
Assist in yearly tax and audit
-
Prepare adhoc financial report
-
Ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with customers
-
Support the business by proposing and providing alternative credit and collection solutions
-
Perform any other duties and responsibilities (accounting and non-accounting) which may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
-
Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Business Administration or equivalents
-
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Strong understanding or working knowledge of accounting principles
-
Analytical mind with excellent problem solving skills
-
Patient and customer oriented
-
Detailed oriented, meticulous with ability to perform the job with accuracy and efficiency
-
Possess good Microsoft Office Application such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
-
Possess good interpersonal, communication, negotiation & time management skills
-
Able to work independently and delivers within tight timelines with minimum supervision
-
Ability to interact at all level and cross functions
2. Legal Executive
Responsibilities:
-
Providing professional support & advice to the legal services as required.
-
Providing proactive legal assistance &advice on various legal issues like commercial contracts, dispute resolution, government funding agreements, regulatory, employment & governance.
-
Provide support for company secretarial matters.
-
Maintain records including register, minutes, resolution, databases and copies of returns filed with authorities.
-
Working with other members on particular projects such as fundraising, policies & procedures, taxes, etc.
-
Assisting the business in compliance with all various legal requirements.
-
Assist in prepare, arrange, attend and draft minutes of Board and Committee meetings and general meetings.
-
Advising on minimal liability& legal exposure for the business.
-
Ensuring that the legal documents & other contractual documents are effectively drafted, reviewed, interpreted & vetted to ensure that company’s interest are protected.
-
Taking decisive actions on various legal matters & assessing contentious & uncontroversial issues.
-
Managing external and internal legal resources where required.
-
Assessing & advising effectively to minimize, control risks to company & ensuring that the system, controls & processes are appropriate as relevant.
-
Representing the company in ensuring the efficient handling & winning resolution of all negotiations & disputes.
-
Advising & ensuring the business in compliance with the necessities of legislation involving data protection.
Requirement:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law or equivalent.
-

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
-
LLB from reputable university.
-
A member or working towards to be a member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration (ICSA).
-
At least 3 years working experience as company secretary capacity and in legal practice or in-house legal counsel.

Exhibiting sound practical judgment.

Working knowledge of litigation process and experience in drafting commercial contract.

Good knowledge and exposure in board meeting management, circular preparation and shareholders meeting will be added advantage.
