It is now confirmed that Motorsport Asia Limited (MAL) has been appointed as series organizer of the Malaysian Super Series 2010.

1. Round 1 of both MSS Club and Premier scheduled on 18th April and 1st – 2nd May respectively have been cancelled. The new dates for Round 1 would be on 29th – 30th May. The event will now be combined and known only as Malaysian Super Series. The dates for all rounds would be as follows :

Round 1 - 28th – 30th May
Round 2 - 25th – 27th June (TBC and replaced with 30th July – 1st August, if necessary)
Round 3 - 16th – 18th July
Round 4 - 17th – 19th Sept
Round 5 - 26th – 28th Nov

2. The reason for the appointment of MAL – to ensure further improvement in terms of the overall running of the series and also for better commercialization (promotion and advertising) of the event. MAL will be responsible for both the promotional and organizing aspects of the event.

3. SIC will still be involved in track preparation. Regulations will remain unchanged as issued by SIC previously. Any changes, deemed necessary to the regulations will be done via the Additional Supplementary Regulations.
